Esimvanta offers a range of secure payment options. Only the payment methods displayed at checkout are available for your specific order. Availability may vary by country/region, billing address, device, currency, issuer rules, and payment channel requirements.

Important: If a payment method is not supported for your order, it will not appear at checkout.
Our default checkout currency is USD unless otherwise displayed at checkout. The final payable amount and currency are shown before you confirm payment.
If your card/wallet uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion and/or cross-border fees. These fees are charged by third parties and are not added by Esimvanta.
We use industry-standard security and encryption practices. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors available on our store, depending on the payment method selected.
Esimvanta does not store full card numbers or CVV codes.
Some transactions may require additional verification (e.g., 3D Secure) or may be declined by the issuer/payment channel.
We may apply reasonable fraud-prevention checks to protect customers and the platform.
After successful payment:
You will receive an order confirmation email; and
Your eSIM details (QR code / installation information) will be provided on the order confirmation page and/or via email.
Please ensure your email address is correct and check spam/junk folders if you do not receive the email.
A transaction may be declined, cancelled, or placed on hold for security or compliance reasons, including (but not limited to):
Billing information mismatch
Issuer authorization declined
Unusual order patterns or high-risk network environments
Payment channel risk controls or compliance requirements
If payment fails, you may try another payment method, confirm billing details, switch networks, or contact support with your order information.
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
If you file a chargeback with your bank/payment provider, order processing may be paused and future transactions may be restricted while the case is investigated. For faster resolution, please contact our support team first.
