These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “User”, or “Customer”) and ESIMAX LINKTECH LIMITED (together with its affiliates, “Esimvanta”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of Esimvanta’s website, applications, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

1.1 By clicking “I Agree” (or similar), creating an account, purchasing an eSIM plan, downloading or using our App, or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.2 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
1.3 Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy form part of these Terms by reference. If these Terms conflict with the relevant policy page, the latest version published on our website shall prevail (unless applicable law requires otherwise):

2.1 “eSIM”: an embedded SIM card.
2.2 “Plan / Data Package”: a mobile data service plan with specific coverage, allowances, and validity.
2.3 “Network Provider / Operator”: a third party providing mobile network connectivity in a country/region.
2.4 “Order”: a transaction record for your purchase through our website, App, API, or partner channels.
2.5 “Account”: your Esimvanta user account used to manage Orders and Services.
3.1 Esimvanta is a global eSIM distributor/reseller. We are not a mobile carrier or mobile network operator. Connectivity is provided by third-party Network Providers in the applicable countries/regions.
3.2 We provide purchase, delivery, installation/activation guidance, and customer support. Network performance and availability may be affected by factors outside our control (see Section 14).
3.3 eSIM does not involve any physical shipping.
4.1 You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction) and have full legal capacity.
4.2 You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations where you use the Services (including telecom regulations, device registration requirements, and data protection rules). Where local rules require registration or verification (e.g., IMEI registration or eKYC), you are responsible for compliance.
5.1 Certain functions require an Account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated.
5.2 You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your Account, whether authorized by you or not.
5.3 If you suspect unauthorized access or a security issue, contact us immediately (see Section 20).
6.1 You are responsible for ensuring that:
a. your device supports eSIM;
b. your device is carrier-unlocked; and
c. you follow our installation and activation instructions.
6.2 Compatibility lists may not be exhaustive, and newly released devices may not be listed immediately. Refund eligibility for incompatibility or locked devices is governed by the Refund Policy.
7.1 Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers (“PSPs”). You may be required to agree to the PSP’s terms. Esimvanta is not a party to the PSP agreement and has no liability under it.
7.2 Available payment methods may include credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and local payment methods as shown at checkout. Only the payment methods displayed at checkout are available for your order. Availability may vary by region, device, currency, issuer rules, and payment channel requirements.
7.3 Prices are typically denominated in USD, but other currencies may be displayed or supported. The final payable amount and settlement currency are determined during checkout.
7.4 Taxes, duties, or governmental fees (if applicable) may be calculated based on your billing information and displayed at checkout.
8.1 After purchase, your eSIM details may be available via: The email has been sent to the email address you provided.
8.2 Our only official support email is support@esimvanta.com. To reduce fraud risk, rely on the website for official order information.
8.3 Delivery is typically completed within 5 minutes after successful payment. Actual timing may vary due to payment confirmation, network conditions, or email delivery delays. If you do not receive the relevant information within a reasonable timeframe, please contact customer support promptly.
9.1 Plans may have an activation window and/or validity period. Please follow the product page instructions and activation guide.
9.2 Some products may be subject to an eSIM recycling process. Failure to activate within the stated period may result in expiration and unusability.
9.3 Expired eSIMs generally cannot be reactivated. If you need a working eSIM after expiration, you may need to repurchase (subject to the product terms).
10.1 Refunds and related requests are governed by our Refund Policy:

10.2 General principles (subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law):
a. If service is unusable due to an error attributable to Esimvanta, you may request a refund or replacement.
b. You must cooperate with troubleshooting and provide reasonable supporting information (e.g., screenshots). Refusal to cooperate may result in denial.
c. Plans have a validity period; unused data after expiry is generally non-refundable.
d. Whether an installed/used eSIM is refundable depends on the Refund Policy and applicable law.
e. Indirect costs (backup phones/SIMs/third-party services/hotel phone charges) are generally not compensated.
f. Abuse, fraud, policy violations, or suspicious transactions may result in denial of refunds and account restrictions.
10.3 Approved refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as account credit (if available). Processing time depends on banks/PSPs.
11.1 We may offer discounts or promotions from time to time. Promotion terms will be disclosed on the relevant campaign page.
11.2 We may adjust pricing due to market conditions, exchange rates, or operating costs. Where feasible, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
12.1 If Esimvanta offers a rewards program, it is governed by the rules presented on the relevant program page(s) and may be modified or terminated.
12.2 Rewards generally are non-transferable, non-cashable, and may be revoked for abuse or fraud.
You agree not to:
a. use the Services for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
b. access or scrape the Services using automated means without authorization;
c. introduce malware or attempt to disrupt or compromise systems;
d. reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass security measures;
e. access other users’ accounts or collect personal data without authorization;
f. violate any Network Provider’s rules or impair network performance.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate Accounts or access to Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
14.1 The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
14.2 Connectivity may be affected by Network Provider coverage, local policies, device settings, OS versions, roaming restrictions, third-party outages, or force majeure. We will provide reasonable support but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or resolution in all cases.
15.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Esimvanta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, business interruption, or the cost of substitute services.
15.2 Where liability cannot be excluded, Esimvanta’s total liability shall not exceed the lower of:
(a) the total amounts you paid to Esimvanta for the relevant Services in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
(b) USD $100.
(Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case, limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.)
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Esimvanta and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your misuse of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (c) your infringement of any third-party rights.
17.1 The Services may contain links to third-party websites or integrations (e.g., PSPs, analytics, social login). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party availability, content, products, or services.
17.2 Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
18.1 All content and materials within the Services (including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, interfaces, software, and design) are owned by Esimvanta or licensors and are protected by applicable IP laws.
18.2 You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted.
19.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”), without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
19.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) and arbitrated under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in effect at the time the notice of arbitration is submitted:

Tribunal: one (1) arbitrator
Award: final and binding
19.3 Class Action Waiver: To the maximum extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought on an individual basis only. Class arbitrations and representative actions are not permitted.
19.4 Nothing in these Terms limits any rights a consumer may have under mandatory consumer protection laws of their place of residence.

If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom and are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via the website, email, or in-app notice. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
22.1 Force majeure refers to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government actions, major telecom failures, hacking incidents, virus outbreaks, and other unforeseeable and unavoidable events.
22.2 The affected party shall:
a. notify the other party within a reasonable time (where practicable);
b. provide reasonable evidence; and
c. take reasonable measures to mitigate losses.
22.3 During force majeure, obligations may be suspended to the extent affected (except payment obligations), without constituting a breach.
